2025 Hebei Ice and Snow Tourism Development Conference
为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于“冰天雪地也是金山银山”重要理念，深入推进京张体育文化旅游带建设，“2025河北冰雪旅游发展大会”将于2025年12月9日在张家口市崇礼举办，汇智聚力以差异化、特色化京津冀冰雪经济合作平台，以国内外龙头、行业精英的前瞻性引领，以河北冰雪运动高质量发展，助推京津冀冰雪经济全产业链建设。
In order to thoroughly implement the concept of General Secretary Xi Jinping that "ice and snow are also invaluable assets" and further promote the construction of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports, Cultural and Tourism Belt, the "2025 Hebei Ice and Snow Tourism Development Conference" will be held in Chongli, Zhangjiakou, on December 9, 2025. This conference aims to pool wisdom and resources to create a distinctive and specialized platform for ice and snow economic cooperation within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. With the forward-looking guidance of domestic and foreign leaders and industry elites, and through the high-quality development of ice and snow sports in Hebei, it will boost the construction of the entire ice and snow economic industry chain in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region
本届大会以“冰雪旅游赋能京津冀新质生产力”为主题，拟同期组织举办“河北-外资企业对接会”、观看体育赛事、实地考察等活动。为进一步拓展对外经贸交流与务实合作，现诚挚邀请有关国家驻华使节、国际商协会、国际旅游机构及跨国公司代表；京津冀有关政府部门、行业协会、央企、国企及相关领域企业代表莅临大会，拓展河北外经外贸空间，实现合作共赢发展。
Under the theme "Ice and Snow Tourism: Empowering New Quality Productive Forces in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region," the conference will concurrently organize activities such as the “Hebei-Foreign Enterprise Matchmaking Meeting”, sports event viewing, on-site inspection and research. To further expand global economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, we sincerely invite diplomatic envoys, representatives of international chambers of commerce, global tourism organizations and multinational corporations, as well as representatives from government departments, industry associations, central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and enterprises in related fields in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region to attend the conference，so as to expand Hebei's foreign economy and trade and achieve win-win cooperation and development.

（四）主要内容：邀请有关国家驻华使节、国际商协会代表以及京津冀政府有关部门负责人发言；推介河北省旅游资源产品线路、上海自贸区（临港片区）服务企业走出去平台、低空经济发展有关情况；邀请京津冀相关领域行业协会和跨国企业围绕国际企业合作进行推介。
（4）Main content: Inviting Diplomatic envoys, representatives of international chambers of commerce and heads of relevant government departments of the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to deliver speeches. Promote Hebei's tourism resources, product routes, the platform of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone (Lingang New Area) for enterprises to "go global", and the development of the low-altitude economy. Invite industry associations and multinational corporations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to give promotions focusing on international cooperation.

Main Content: Focusing on promoting international cooperation in Hebei's characteristic industries, the event will organize face-to-face matchmaking between international chambers of commerce, foreign-invested enterprises in relevant fields and Hebei-based enterprises. It aims to help Hebei enterprises secure more international economic and trade cooperation opportunities, expand global channels and access international markets. Scale: Approximately 120 participants.

主要内容：邀请联盟有关专家与张家口法律界、企业界走出去企业进行交流，设置贸促商法E点通服务终端，为走出去企业提供涉外商事法律AI服务。规模约80人（仅受邀嘉宾）。
Main Content: Experts from the Alliance will be invited to exchange ideas with legal professionals and “going global” enterprises from Zhangjiakou. An ELawHub service terminal of CCPIT will be set up to provide AI-powered international commercial legal services for enterprises expanding overseas. Approximately 80 participants.
